I am a clinical psychologist who has worked with cared for children for over 22 years. I have worked with a number of private providers in the region.

This cared for young person had moved multiple times before he was moved to Embrace care due to organisations struggling to manage the risk and knowing how to engage a very traumatised person. I have been extremely impressed with Embrace care:

• their professional structure
• their ability to take ownership of managing the complex risks with which our yp presents with
• their ability to liaise with a range of statutory services and think together about next best steps
• but primarily their understanding that reducing risks is about building trust directly with a young person and putting in the time and effort to do this
